Not very interested in assisting with queries

I emailed twice last week and yesterday again without getting any feedback on my enquiry. We want to enter for the Big Walk - it allows you online entry and payment per entry meaning if you want to enter more than one person you have to go through the payment process 4 times (banking costs etc) I phoned to ask if I can please get banking details pay all entries as one payment and furnish them with the references, the response on the other side of the line was plain rude, sarcastic and basically directed me to the online site and steps (which I am trying to avoid) - their system is not user friendly at all and their service very unfriendly and unhelpful. Very disappointed to say the least.
