I watched a movie at numetro pavilion. I replied to a message on my phone, which was on silent, and I had an extremely rude staff, insist I put my phone off. I advised him that my phone was on silent and I was replying to a message. He repeated VERY rudely that he does not care, I must put the phone off. He then said I must see the sign outside says cellphones must be switched off. After the movie, I walked outside to see that sign, cos to my knowledge at cinema phones must be on silent, they also advertise this, but notn bout cellphones was shown. I was in cinema 12 and there was no such sign anywhere near 12, I took photos. I spoke to the nightshift staff and asked about the policy, they said yes phone must be on silent but not off. I then advised them that I was goin to report the guy, whom they advised me was name Micheal, who handles the projector. When I said I was going to report the incident, I was met with ridicule and disrespect, laughed @, told to report at the front desk, which was locked and had no staff within. I was told I must report it they want to see how far I get! Is this how Numetro Pavilion treat their patrons. I shall be exploring legal avenues in this regard
