We checked online to see movie availability times, and planned accordingly. When we got to numetro cinemas kiosk in pavilion shopping centre, the movie we checked wasn't available due to 'technical problems' We then had to choose a different movie. Our seats were booked incorrectly, and our seat numbers were k3 k4 and k6, not placed next to one another. 20 minutes into the movie, a staff member walked into the movie and stopped it and ordered all customers to sit in their designated seats. The problem here was that numetros staff hashed up numerous seat allocations and disrupted the entire cinema. The entire numetro service has become unorganised and run down and the personnel working behind the counters are extremely inexperienced.
