HATE MY PVR!!! SUPER BAD SERVICE!!!

I HAVE MY PVR FOR BIT OVER A YEAR NOW. It was in use for 7months more or less and then I moved to a friend where I didn't use it, since she had one and now since I start using it again, it gives me TROUBLE 24/7!!! I HATE EVERY MOMENT USING IT. THERE IS NOT ONE DAY WHEN I AM BACK FROM WORK, WHERE IT DOESN'T SAYS 'NO SIGNAL'!!! SO SO NICE AND SUPER FRUSTRATING, I HAVE NO WORDS! I HAVE TO SWITCH MY TV OFF, PULL OUT THE PLUG, THEN IT REBOOTS AND WORK AGAIN. AND IF THAT IS NOT ENOUGH, IT FREEZES ALL THE TIME. I HATE THIS, AND I DON'T WANT TO SAY THE EXACT WORDS THAT I AM THINKING OF MULTICHOICE. I TOOK IT IN TO THE MULTICHOICE CENTRE THE PREVIOUS WEEKEND, WAITED FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS, AND GUESS WHAT NOTHING NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! THEY FORMATED THE PVR, DELETED EVERYTING FOR NOTHING!!! I AM VERBY!!! PAYED ALL THE MONEY FOR THIS PVR!!! IF YOU WANT TO FRUSTRATE YOURSELF, GET YOURSELF ONE, OTHERWISE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!!!
