We were very happy to be able to get ourselves a PVR decoder, now we can watch box office new releases. We registered for box office and with all the adds about how easy it is to rent a movie we tried to do it. Then a message appears you do not have box office funds and you can either pay through credit card or cash/EFT, we went to the website registered and tried to Top Up our box office account but what a surprise we had to have a credit card to do either transactions. So we will never be able to use Box office because we do not have a credit card so what is the use. The ads also tells us that we will get R100 discount on our installment if we sign up for a debit order before the 31 of March, guess what our installment went off and it was the normal installment no R100 discount. DSTV is great isn"t it. I would like DSTV to contact me for a change without me holding on for 20 to 30 minutes for a client service consultant to assist me. We were miss informed that if we use debit order facilities that we will be able to use Box Office it was a LIE.
