I have been paying extra on my Multichoice / DSTV account in order to be able to rent a movie occasionally. Tonight we wanted to rent a movie but was unable due to "insufficient fund". After speaking to the operator I was informed that there is a separate account for the box office rent a movie and they are unable to transfer the excess funds from my actual account. I was also informed to go to a Multichoice agent, bank or do a debit order for this account - although it is advertised as "as easy as sending an sms".
What is then the difference in going to block busters and renting a movie or renting a movie through box office
