I recently booked tickets for my family to watch Iron man 3 and was forced to book at Kenilworth centre due to my regular cinemas having been sold out being the premier week of the movie. The conditions of the cinema at Kenilworth centre was unbelievable. Firstly before entering the cinema, we were forced to stand in a huge line as the card facilities were slow, then the condition of the flavoured salts were extremely unappetizing. These are still conditions I could accept and was nothing compared to what awaited us in the cinema. First thing that hit us on our way to the seats was the mildew smell, the cinema looked rundown and old which was just confirmed when all the row numbers were removed from the side of the isles so it was that much harder to find your seats. Once we were in our seats, which by the way had no cup holders. Looking around there were seats missing which was piled in front of the cinema screen. The most upsetting was the disruptions in the cinema as some people were in the wrong seats because of the missing row numbers. I frequent the cinemas very often and have never hated a viewing experience until now. I will NEVER go back ever.
