Over the past week i am waking up to in-activations daily and i have to call in for someone to go through the whole cumbersome process of the previous day and the same explanation and promised corrections to no avail as i am still getting disconnected for services paid for in full and in advance. This is very poor service as i am now footing a telephone bill for bad service.
The repeats, removal of channels with no equal replacements and the disconnections- i am just about tipping over to the other service provider. I am with TOP TV for the movies and if there are repeats and the channels being removed like this i really have choice to soon get TOP TV to disconnect me for good.
