I recently booked a movie online on a Tuesday for a movie that Friday. I booked the prestige cinema and on arrival found people in my seats. When querying this with a staff member it was found that the entire Cinema had been double booked. We were given complementary tickets to see any later movie and reimbursement vouchers. I now see that the vouchers are only valid for 2weeks. I find this unacceptable as the money I spent does not have a validity period.
