Non delivey of DSTV Magazine

I have a problem with DSTV not wanting to send me a TV Guide Magazine.
I have called so many times and am highly irritated with their "there's nothing I can do" mentality.
I have since moved addresses in Nov 2012 and they were informed and within that day I got a signal.
How come they send me a signal but they say they have my wrong address...? It's pure nonsense
All I ask is to have a DSTV Magazine delivered to

IF THIS IS TOO MUCH TO ASK THEY CAN PLEASE TELL ME SO I CAN ACT ACCORDINGLY.
