I have multiple decoders, one is installed in Cape Town for my 84-year old Mom. The DSTV Premium (Dish) magazine is not being delivered to Mom. I called 0n 3 June and again on 15 July. The first time I was told to SMS YES to 30622 with my smartcard number. No reply received. The last call ref 136016048 was to be referred to the subscriptions department so this could be resolved. I requested an email/SMS/telephone confirmation. No confirmation received. No magazine delivered to Mom again. Please resolve this, it should have been done first time and I pay a LOT only to get poor service. I expect an August magazine to be hand delivered to my Mother and for this to work going forward.
