I applaud Multichoice's drive to persuade subscribers to convert to their digital DSTV guide rather than receive a printed copy every month. It will save trees and I won't get so irritated when the magazine arrives after the end of the previous month.
However, I would be much more willing to change my mind about this matter and "go green" with Multichoice if they would lower my subscription by the cost of producing and mailing the magazine. My guess is that this could cost up to R40 per subscriber per month.
So come on, Multichoice, help us and we'll help you. You're going to score big if you are successful with this campaign by appealing to people's consciences, so how about sharing some of the spoils with your subscribers?
Until then, keep mailing me the magazine, please.
