In July 2013 I signed up for DSTV. I was told in Aug that I didn't get the DSTV mag as I signed up too late in July. In September I called again and was told one would be posted to me. They posted a Afrikaans one? They then posted a English one and since then I have received nothing. It's been 4 months. Surely by now I should be getting my DSTV magazine? I'm still getting my Mnet magazine which I no longer need? Makes no sense. I was told I could download the magazine from the DSTV website, seriously, I must print the magazine myself? Surely if I'm paying over R700 p/month I should be getting my magazine if I asked for it? Bad service DSTV. The last time I had to call the call centre for my magazine it cost me R60, I refuse to have to call them again. Really bad service DSTV!
