I had to deal with poor service from TopTv. I had paid my account and had to call in 3 times to be connected. After 8days they had disconnected my account. I had to call in again even though i had faxed through my proof of payment. People working in the call centre are not able to do their work accordingly which has caused me aloft of my time and money! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS AS IT HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES BBEFORE!!!
