I have moved from Goodwood To Brackenfell Cape Town on 1st August 2012, Since then I am fighting ' losing battle every month wit DSTV Multiechoice to sent the DSTV Magazine to my new adres.
Every month since August 2012 I phoned their client services as well as visiting their offices in Goodwood, Cape Town to send a tv guide to my new adres, Every time I am getting false promises that at the end of this month the problem will be rectified. I have also send a couple mails, but no joy.
It is still going to the old adres. If they cant send a Tv Guide to the right adres, just imagine what therest of their service is like.
The service is very poor and unproffesional.
Can somebody help me please!
