Hi my name is Thulani, I'm really not pleased with what has happened. Yesterday I received a notification from my bank that there was a direct debit transaction (R147) that was done by SOMUSIC without my knowledge and permission. I don't recall subscribing or signing an agreement with SOMUSIC that they must withdraw my money without my knowledge, infact I am not aware of who you are and what do you do. I don't use or buy contract cellphone, I always prefere to use prepaid-vodacom. I remember that its not the first time this happen, but at first I ignored thinking that its a small issue, but I now see that this is going too far now. So I ask that you to fix this issue and refund me my money.
