My mother is pensioner and used to subscribe to DSTV years back. On Sunday she was told she needs to pay R180.00 which was an outstanding balance on her account from her previous subscription. The balance was settled including a R260.00 for the new subscription. We loaded airtime since Sunday, and its 4 days later and we still havent been connected or given any sort of explanation as to why we still not connected. Every time we phone we talk to a different consultant to explain the story from afresh. I would like to believe that your consiltants are sitting in front of computers for a reason. We have already spent over R580 on airtime trying to get connected but nothing to this day.
This is pathetic and the worst customer experience ive ever had from a company. That call centre at Multichoice is good as dead.
