I have been one of the first to move over from DSTV to TOPTV. Now quite a few years later the same growing pains seem to be continue on an ongoing basis with NO attempt to correct. Programs are listed that is not on and mixed up with other programs so that the reminder function proves almost useless!!
Major culprits is SABC channels and Fox tv??? see yesterday between 4-8pm sabc as example again... yet its correct on dstv and in the YOU magazine..Why cant top tv get it correct???
Yes the africa cup of nations changed some times... YET isnt it the responsibility of TOPTV to get the correct programming then ..like with DSTV and You magazine doing their part??? OR is it just to much EFFORT..I THINK SO. I called your call centre and they indicated that I should hold for programming complaints... held for over 10 minutes and then NO ONE ANSWERED??? Is this the way you deal with complaints??
TOP TV you are SLIPPING!!! No wonder you are loosing subscribers. I am to a paying subsriber..loyal as from day one and will now look at cancelling if this is the way forward
