I have been with DSTV and Starsat, well with the old TopTV decoder all worked simular to the DSTV. So i bought the new HD Decoder from Starsat and everything is not user friendly like when i press the info button and then left and right with the arrows to go to other channels it does not work like the old top tv and even like the dstv, instead it change the channels and change the volume.
No Starsat representative can tell me what the problem is, SO WHAT NOW?
