Connected toptv on the 16 it first started by freezing the picture. In the morning when you put it on it does not play it has lost all the settings and you have to start all over again. Since the 16 to 18 January 2014 I have lost R150.00 of airtime just calling the call centre. No I am sitting with this useless box. This is money could have done something better I should have just bought another dstv decoder have two in the other rooms and have never experienced such problems. Don't know where did child see this thing and why I listerned to him to buy this nonsense.
