Activating account issue

On the 05 Feb 2014 i received a message that my dstv account is still active after changing the ownership with my brother last year 2013. When i changed the ownership the account was in credit and i was told that if i want to shift the credit to my brothers name i will need to send an email which i did, today's message it says that ' DSTV confirms that a digital device has been successfully loaded to your account. If you did not authorise urgently contact us on 0112892500 Mon - Sun 7am -8pm'). My apology but am not going to waste my time calling you guys because we both know that am not suppose to have any active account on your side. So what ever you did on your side make sure that you fix it and stop giving my younger brother any issues because he is the new account holder. Yesterday you deactivated the service after he paid for three months. If you mess up my name or get blacklisted by you, i will take you to ombudsman.
