Over Debited my Account

Multichoice deducted R1780 more from my account since I switched to debit order 1st of Dec 2013
This all happened without my consent and they are literary taking food out of my family's mouths. When I spoke to their accounts department in January after being on the line for hours they said they will refund my money but instead double deducted again now in Feb. I am very un happy with their services and would recommend anybody to stay far clear from them and all their doings!!!
