Shocking Service

Multichoice debited my account with just over 9000 I contacted then with regards to this and they said that they sent an sms with regards to this debit order that was being processed, to date sms not received. I then phoned the call centre on Tuesday night with regards to this I was assured this money would be credited into my account within 7 days. ok 7 days are not up yet but as I explained to her this is my living money, I have not bought groceries or anything of that sort I have to go 7 days (including a weekend cos those are not counted) without food or money cause Multichoice messed up. But wait it gets better we phoned yesterday to ensure all had been done, to find that nothing had been done so the refund would not have happened in 7 days anyway. they have now said by Tuesday the money will be in my account. I want to know from the multichoice staff who can afford to pay the 9000 and then be expected to wait 7 days for their money. I was going leave it but once I found out that no one did anything on Tuesday it really irritated me. I should have gone to the bank to reverse. MultiChoice has the monopoly they can do what they please, this is a debit order for another acc
