Multichoice incorrectly deducted an amount of R69.00 after having told me that they would accede to my request for my debit date to be changed. Unfortunately they did not change my debit date, hence the R69.00 was also not going to be deducted, or so I thought. Lo and behold when I checked my bank statement, they debited the right amount on the wrong date, and they still went and deducted the additional amount as if they had changed my debit date. Now to get a refund from these guys is like trying to get through to the Joburg Billings department, it is not happening. I have been given three reference numbers since my first query on the 02/04/2013, now it is 18/04/2013 and they are no closer to resolving my query. The reference numbers are 128104189-02/04/2013, 128805141-10/04/2013, 129313064-18/04/2013. I have to wonder the type of people working there as I have had my query escalated twice, but no one can give me an answer. It definitely is nice working for Multichoice as they will debit you willy nilly, but when you miss a payment they will cut you off without delay. I am really tired of dealing with this company as this all happens everytime they load my debit details.
