Iam a dstv subscriber, must say that their call center extremely, i spent R200.00 worth of airtime just to get one small issue addressed and when i finally spoke to some guy i had to explain my self numerous times that i ran out of airtime (R200.00 worth of airtime nogal). Prior to this i sent them numerous emails as there were not picking up the phone. The guy i spoke with did not even have the audicity to call me back eventhough he had all my detail in front of him. DSTV as fast approaching the levels of Top TV and if they dont do something to improve their service they will lose me as a premium subscribe
