What is worse than coming home and sitting in front of the T.V. after a long day at work and only to find you have a error code on your DSTV? Having to sit and hold for 30min to get hold of any of your "FRIENDLY CALL CENTRE STAFF" to assist. This is before being cut off about 5 times prior to this.
Absolute joke! I don't pay the PREMIUM DSTV costs to be treated like a TELKOM customer.
Get your house in order or lose my business. To top it off get someone to build your hardware that actually knows what they are doing, because your HD DSTV decoder is a ball of human fecal matter.
