Call center taking too long to respond to calls

My dstv account was suspended and i paid it as soon as i received the message to my suprise they say it will take 24 hours to be reconnected, but its been more than that and when you try to call the call center or the land line number their number is always busy and one ends up wasting airtime on top of the money we pay for their services.
