Installer Jeffery did a HD PVR installation plus the extra view. When he was done he said I have to take the extra view decoder to a DSTV outlet to "pair" it. I took the decoder to DSTV Randburg & they told me that this extra view decoder (Which were in perfect condition when he did the PVR installation) is not working and have to be replaced. He also said that once the pairing is done & we plug all cables back that everything will be working well as he already did the channel searches. Well what a surprise when we changed for a new decoder and now the channels were not pre-set and we have to get a new installer to come and fix. As he left on the day of installation he's last words to us when we thanked him was "Don't worry I ll be back" Did this man made sure that he will be back. When we called the office of Aerial Installationz and give our complaint to the receptionist she told us that she does not believe that he would have broken the decoder and that there is no way that he could have pre-set the channels. We decided to ask a few other installers opinions' and we were quiet surprised that all of them says this guy took us for a ride and now want to charge us anothe
