Useless customer service skills

Its been more than a week now that i gave the illiterates at DSTV to prove me wrong of their uselessness, while, it seems i was right from the word go. They tried to collect R702 from me instead of R169.00, they failed to do so coz they could not prove why they want to get that money, but now, they keep disconcerting my services claiming that i owe them money for insurance that does not exist, i've never in my whole life deal with a company whereby one hand dose not know what the other is doing, one minute they tell me i don't owe them money n they connect my services, few hours after that they disconnect claiming am owing them, and when i try to resolve the matter, one useless person attends to it and dose not know why or what the other illiterate person did, numerous times i"ve asked that i deal with a compitant person, but it seems there is no one capable to resolve my issue, I wounder if a company like this one has a CEO, but if they have, then i think heshe has only a metic certificate, i strongly advice all people to seek alternative form of television than dealing with unlearned people, fix my problem before i come to your offices, i paid u R169.00 n i don't owe u anything
