Deducting my money illegally Buongiorno Gold

I have just sent Buongiorno an email to: refunds.za@buongiorno asking for my money back.
Somehow I have been subscribed from the 26.09.2012.
My Phone Invoices seemed to high from Cell C. I noticed under"Content Services" that Buorgiomo have been billing me up to R136 a month now for Buongiorno Gold. They say it was an internet sign-up but my phone doesn't have data activated and never has, So I don't browse on my phone. This is alll. I never signed up for this and am demanding my money back in 24hours. Failure to do so will result in a charge of. Simple as that.
Buongiorno are taking my money without my consent. That's' . The fact that Cell C allow Third parties companies to bill my invoice is disgusting. I gave them my bank debit details and its being abused. Come on guys at Buongiorno! Wake up. I'm on to you and I will get every sent back I promise.
