I have just checked my cell phone account for April and noticed that there is a daily deduction of R4.39 by 35050/Buongiorno. I do recall receiving invitations by sms some months ago to subscribe to some or other service and on each occasion I chose to opt out, by responding STOP to 35050. When I did this I received a message stating "Sorry! We did not understand ur request." I have checked my cell phone accounts and noticed that I have been billed R4.39 every day since 15 March 2012. This amounts to R1, 830.63 plus VAT = R2, 086.92 as at today, 05 May 2013. What can I do to recover the money that has been charged for services that I did not require or wanted?
