Confusion and Poor service

I recently went to Century Karting on 24/12/13 with a few friends.

After figuring out that we had to move to the far end of the pit, since the clerk didn't tell us where to go and what the process is, we waited on the seating stands near the start pit.

There were 3 guys working there but none of them approached us after almost 10 minutes of waiting there. They were all in the middle of the track having a long conversation ignoring us and pretending that we weren't even there. Once the next group of customers joined us on the stands, they were also confused as to what the process is and who starts next etc.

Eventually we spoke to another staff and he said, "I will be with you now" before jumping into a go-kart to race with against another customer for 10 laps.

We then tried to call another staff off the middle of the track to ask when do we start. At that point, he said "Have you done the safety flags? " as if it was our fault that they didn't do that. We said no and then he said, well then you can't go onto the track. He skipped us and told the group who arrived after us to proceed to the starting pit.

I was shocked! The service was poor, and they got the customer queue wrong.
