My sister went go-karting at Canal Walk - Century Karting. Her and her friends signed the indemnity forms as required. Although they were unaware of the completely unsafe go karts. A 125cc go-kart that goes an average of 50km/h does NOT have a seat belt. She had an accident as what usually happens, but because of the lack of seat belts the impact was so great it caused her to slip a disc in her back. She lost feeling and movement in her leg for 3 weeks after the incident. Also the impact of the crash caused her to fly froward, she flew against the steering wheel. Instantly bruising her abdomen and causing internal organ damage.
If i am not mistake the incident where the girl lost her hair due to the motor pulling it off her skull also happened at Canal Walks go-karting.
When will they ever learn? How many more injuries do they want to cause before they follow safety regulations?
We spent thousands on doctors and medication all because of a negligent company that does not think of the safety of their customers
its RIDICULOUS!!!
