The travel log supplied by C-Track for my vehicle is incomplete. I require the details for SARS Log purposes, as well as proof to customers for billing. C-Track can not supply any usable log since installation. I asked C-Track to terminate my contract based on non-delivery for services paid for
Tracker promise on their website to supply information every 5 minutes of location and speed. I want to change my vehicle logging to Tracker.
C-Track sends me a threat for breach of contract because I want to terminate, expecting written responses within 48 hours. I immediately replied, and I am now still waiting for a response from them since last Wednesday Night (6 working days)
Emails were addressed to customer care of C-Track & Digicore, as well as the lady threatening me with breach of contract
Any advice on how to proceed will be appreciated
