DSTV discriminates against non- debit order client

For the second time in four months my Dstv service was suspended for apparent non-payment. I've set up a recurring payment that is paid on the 26th of every month to ensure that they have adequate time to allocate the payment to my account. I've tried non-stop to get hold of them on ALL their numbers without any luck. Is this Multichoice's way of trying to force us to sign debit orders?
