I want to update my address with DSTV and would like to speak to a consultant to do this. I do not want to register on line, i do not want to go through the prompts because it takes too long. I want to do this quickly and effortlessly. I tried to speak to a service agent from the DSTV website (i hope Multichoice is the right company) and I was on hold for over four minutes the second time.
