Hi there, we applied for a unit in April 2013, to date we have not received the machine. Is Gidani serious about doing business or not? We are a small business and willing to work with Gidani but your lack of delivery and customer service is making me doubt if you are a legitimate business. When we finally got a call from the sales office in KZN, we were told that we woul dhave to wait for 2 years to get the machine. I hope they don't ever give the tender to Gidani - they are not serious about business.
What a missed opportunity!
