Waisted airtime - shocking service

Service is pathetic- in trying to sort out my account I have waisted R145. This In one day being put on hold and listening to thatstupid machine.. Needless To say still not sorted out. When requested to speak to the supervisor, you get told they can't come to the phone And they are unable to call you back. If you are lucky enough to actiually speak to a agent, they speak so poorly you can not understand a word. As for the self service this
DOES NOT WORK - we pay a of a lot of money for the lack of service and endless repeats - improve
This service - remember without US you would not have work - I am ready to cancel this subscription
And just get dvd 's daily
