I need my DSTV working and my airtime money back

I replaced my decoder because my old one was faulty and I had a error code E107-4 message on the my tv screen which said I must call the call centre to resolve the error which I did call 0839003788 after 30 min of holding to speak to a call centre agent and listening to the voice recording I manage to go through and advised the call centre agent that I might cut off since my airtime was low since i have been holding for a long time just to speak to a call centre agent she advised me that I can send an SMS to 32472 with my error code, smart card number and my decoder serial number which I did after I got cut off i sent the sms at 17:24 but until now my error is still not resolved that to me is total unacceptable that bad service at it best. The least that DSTV could do is to reimburse me for my airtime that was wasted because of their delay call me back and also resolve the error on my decoder because I don't understand the fact that I need to spent half my monthly DSTV subscription on airtime just to resolve an erro
