Poor Service and Pathetic IVR

Calling for an upgrade or a downgrade of services is a nightmare. I've used almost R100 of airtime ie. Upgrade on Saturday to keep getting put through to an extra view consultant as per the IVR, then when I do get through I have to go through the tedious task of giving details to be told that I have to be put through to an "extra view consultant", waiting to get cut off again and again. From being frustrated and not prepared to go through it anymore requested to speak to a supervisor and low and behold even speaking to a rude supervisor named Ronald. Pathetic. Downgrade on Sunday was horrific, I was even promised a call back which never happened, to call back and the agent I speak to says they don't have a manager or a supervisor, really Multichoice are u guys running a circus? Pure frustration!!
