My mom paid for her DSTV account on the 3rd of February 2014 and she was told that the service would be reconnected... Many hours later and only SABC 1 shows, the rest give Error 16-4... The account is paid. I then called in to the call centre to get help... R110, 00 gone and still no help. Your number is premium rated and your IVR goes on and on and on and on and I had to be subjected to your IVR (again) for 10 more minutes and I ran out of airtime while still busy with your agent. Please do something with your IVR and just remember that your number is premium rated. We pay for your services, then your people mess up, then we have to call in to your call centre and wait forever to speak to your agents while listening your IVR repeating one thing over and over and over and over... And pay for the call. My calling in your call centre was not necessary and I want my airtime back, your people need to work and give us correct information and you need to see to it that one doesn't have to spend 20 minutes waiting to speak to an agent while paying for the call.
