I'm very annoyed and frustrated by the level of service given by Multi Choice. Each time they decide to scramble my service even though my subscription is paid up to date. Is this your way of an April fools joke as I certainly don't find it funny. February you've cut my service, again this past Saturday, now again today as I was enjoying the rugby. Your call centre does not pick up their phones guess they are busy unwrapping their easter eggs. No apologies are given for my lost of service and to top it all I have to phone you each time and have to hold for almost an hour, before I do strike it lucky with an operator. I hope to have my service back today.
