I went out of my way to buy the specials (heard via friend) at PnP, as I had to buy for about 30 people..Easter Spoils. (Easy R600 worth)
It was a 50 % off on PnP eggs and bunnies. I packed my basket to the rim, and even inquired with a floor staff member that I had the correct stock. When at the till the prices was not marked down, I asked the teller, who then called the supervisor, who could not assist, who then called the Manager (Mark), who with an attitude told me that the A4 AD on the shelves was only a picture of Easter Eggs (I took a hard-copy), and the special does not include the eggs I wanted. I then demanded my Consumer right: to pay what has been advertised, and he refused, I even threatened with a complaint at H/Q, which he waived as "not going to work"-attitude, I then wrote a complaint to their Johannesburg Head Office, and to date: no feedback. What happened to this store, and their friendliness - all gone? Even the teller: they have no manner, no greeting, don't tell you what the sum is I owe, nor tell me what my change is with a purchase... Bring back the training... and give me MY rights back! PnP is a Prestige shop back then... I want that shop back!
