I am living and working in USA and I relied on Woolworths to be my 'Easter Bunny' for my daughter in Cape Town I ordered Easter Eggs TWO WEEKS AGO on the Woolworths site and when I looked at the delivery days available, I chose Easter Sunday. I awoke at 7am today, Easter Sunday, in the States, to receive a message from my son in South Africa to say that Woolworths contacted him today to say that they had run out of stock and would not be making my delivery.
I find out at lunch time (SA time) on Easter Sunday that my Easter delivery is not going to be made!!! What am I to do now??? Surely my order should have been set aside two weeks ago???
If I had been notified 2 weeks ago, I could have made another plan. Woolworths have really let me down.
