This is a compliment, but just. I give them 3 out of 5. I'm in a constant battle with checkers about charging more than the price displayed. This evening I caught Pick and Pay overcharging me on a box of easter eggs. I showed them their mistake and they were quick to fix the price to the one displayed. Unfortunately they were not honest enough to give it to me for free straight away. I, the customer, had to school them on P&P policy and it was only after they called the branch manager when things started happening. Thanks for the easter eggs P&P, great policy. They should make this policy law, it will help stop all the dishonest stores from their customers.
