Missing Payments and Mismanagement of Account

My account balance was R0 in December 2013. Then someone bored out of their skull on 23 and 24 Dec 2013 wrote back a cancelled Kiosk payment for R715 from April 2013 (8 months later).

I got 6 invoices in Jan 2014 and paid my account on 2 Jan 2014 as per normal. My service was suspended and reconnection charged. We complained as our account is not in arrears. It was switched on and we were told our American Express card was rejected in April 2013 and it was only showing now. We told them that on 4 April 2013 one payment was due and we paid at the Kiosk with a debit card but the system took a double payment and the bank reversed it. We then paid at the local PEP Stores. They insist we are in arrears for the R715 in April 2013.

Even after telling the Call Centre that we don't have an American Express card they refuse to listen and want the R715. I then got my latest statement and the payment made on 2 Jan 2014 does not show and all of a sudden we have a balance of R645 from mid December 2013. Now they state we did not pay for Dec and in Jan 2014 either and they refuse to give us the credit card details. This is clearly unfair business practice and mismanagement of our account
