"According to them the money was reversed back to my account". they only realised it now, in december 2013. I never had an outstanding amount on my account. The january 2014 payment has already been made but my service has been suspended. I don't have an American express card accused of using. They got their vending machines at Randburg and I paid there at their Head office. I won't use or view any Multichoice program. Not again. Bad customer service, no respect, I drove to Randburg today.
