I phoned Multichoice call centre on the 31/01/13 to updated my banking details I was assured by the consultant that my details have been updated as per my request the next debit order was supposed to go through on the 27/02/13 but I noticed that it didn't go through Multichoice has been debit my banking for the past 2yrs and when I phoned in today 28/02 and I was told that I'm a cash payer. if I didn't call them they were going to cut off their services without notifying me. I'm totally NOT happy with the service I received on the 31/01 as I had to do an EFT today in order for them not to cut off their services.
