I have two policies with Sandard bank and around about the 12th of October I requested that my banking details be changed. They now saythey have no record of my changes - on the same day I requesed that I get the policies sent to me - they did this - but have no record of my request to change my banking details. I called today and got angry as I needed to give it to them again - so I cancelled my policy and would like my last premiun to be refunded. I am also upset thatthey did not rather check and maybe apologise - and they happily just allowed me to cancel my policies.
