I took my kids out for an outing to watch the 19h30 movie called frozen. One of my kids takes off his watch and puts it on the seat and forgot it when the movie ended. It was hardly 5 minutes after the movie had ended that he remembered that he left it and we went back to look for it and it had miraculously disappeared. The cleaning staff said that maybe one of the patrons took it but strange enough, we were the only people sitting in that row except for two people who were sitting right at the end and therefore would not have walked towards the wall as we were sitting away from the aisle. I am very upset because a day that started with excitement ended in tears. I tried to lodge a complaint with the staff that was present and they took my details down but I know that nothing is going to happen.
I am never going back to Ster Kinekor cinemas again, it might have been a cheap watch but my son loved it. Also a little bit of honesty would have been appreciated. Am scared what would happen if I forgot something valuable if they will nick the cheap stuff.
